I started my career with my brother in 1988 at Sea Land Estate and in 2004 my partners and I started Takaful Estate. Takaful Estate has a branch in UAE, Which is where the name comes from; it also has a branch in London and since 2004 we have been associated with Bahria Town. We have has the pleasure of Being the first real estate agency authorized to deal with Bahria Town Karachi. We ware dealing with them in Lahore and Islamabad. How-ever, since 2014 our focus has shifted here having greatly progressed with three branches of Takaful Estate all over Karachi.
It is my believe that the most important part of this industry is customer service; a thing most people fail to acknowledge that Real Estate is a its core a service based industry.
Mr. Saqib Memon, our director takes care of our client relationship. His honesty and his hard work earned him a position in our directorship. He is known for being very humble, something that both our clients and his team can attest to. He always ensures you the best and he delivers just as well.
As an industry, we have yet to receive any prominent consideration from our Government. As an affair as it may be some of their involvement hhas proved troublesome, however, it is my firm belief that if both the parties were to work together and realize that we share common goals and a common vision such cooperation will prove to be instrumental in making Pakistan more developed.
As Chief Executive of Takaful Estate, I can tell you that this is not a short-term investment and it requires work. A society which started in 2014 now houses more that a thousand residents in 2020. Thousands of house and apartments are ready for people to move into. I firmly believe that Bahria Town isn’t only for us it is for our Children as well and their future. The Real Estate industry has proven to stand tha test of time.
